Jim is a graduate of the University of Connecticut with a degree in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology. His interests led him towards a career in Information Technology. He is currently working on a Master's Degree in Education in Counseling. He current works as the Helpdesk Manager at Providence College and is a member of the Information Resources committee for the ResNet Symposium. His interests include craft beer, urban issues, music, and technology. He is a member of the board of directors for Greater City: Providence.

Susan is a graduate of Northeastern University with a Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Neuroscience. She is also a recent graduate of the Drexel University School of Public Health with her Master of Public Health with a concentration in Health Management and Policy. She is currently seeking a full time position in the health care or medical field.

We live in the Federal Hill neighborhood of Providence, RI. Federal Hill is a neighborhood just west of Downtown and encompasses what most people know as Federal Hill, which is the Little Italy section of Atwells Avenue. We live about a block from Atwells and all the Italian restaurants.
